Bug Fix

This update brings a range of improvements across the Enjovia platform, including a new storefront design system, limited stock products, improved reporting, new permissions and PDF templates, plus a number of fixes and management upgrades.

New Storefront Design System

We have introduced a new storefront design system to improve the look, flexibility and performance of Enjovia voucher stores.

There are now two storefront templates available:

• Destination
• Olympia

Olympia is an enhanced version of the original store design, giving existing stores a refreshed and improved visual experience while keeping the familiar layout. Expect to see more designs coming in the future, we have constructed the system in a way to facilitate more options at a much quicker pace. 

Per-Store Caching

We have added per-store caching to help improve page load speeds across voucher stores.

This change means each store can now benefit from faster loading times and a smoother customer browsing experience.

Multi-Language Support Improvements

We have made further improvements to multi-language support across the storefront.

This includes fixes to Hungarian translations, helping provide a clearer and more accurate experience for customers browsing in Hungarian.

Store Switcher and Store Switcher Groups

We have added Store Switcher and Store Switcher Groups to support customers who manage multiple stores.

This makes it easier for shoppers to move between connected stores and helps businesses with multiple locations, brands or storefronts create a more joined-up customer experience.

Limited Stock Products

Limited stock products have now been added to the system.

This allows sellers to set stock limits on products, helping manage availability for limited experiences, events or products with restricted capacity.

Stock is reserved during checkout to prevent overselling while a customer is completing their purchase.

If the checkout is abandoned, the reserved stock will automatically be released back into availability.

Store Filter Added to Reports and Exports

We have added a store filter to reports and exports.

This makes it easier for users managing multiple stores to filter data by store and generate more relevant reports.

Redeemable Status Added to Transaction Exports

Redeemable status has now been added to transaction exports.

This gives sellers more visibility over the current status of vouchers when reviewing or exporting transaction data.

Cross-Model Search

We have added cross-model search across the system.

Users can now search across multiple areas including customers, orders, products and other key records, making it quicker to find the information they need.

Booked Redeemable Status

A new Booked redeemable status has been added.

This helps provide better visibility when a voucher or redeemable item has been booked, improving tracking and management for sellers.

New A5 PDF Templates

We have added new A5 PDF templates for vouchers.

These templates provide more flexibility for printed voucher designs and give sellers additional options when creating physical voucher experiences.

Multiple Billing Emails Per Subscription

Subscriptions can now support multiple billing email addresses.

This allows invoices and billing-related emails to be sent to more than one recipient, helping finance and admin teams stay informed.

New Extend Vouchers Permission

We have added a new Extend Vouchers permission.

This permission controls whether a user is able to extend voucher expiry dates.

Existing eligible users have been backfilled with this permission to ensure their current access is maintained.

Role-Based Stock Override Permission

A new role-based stock override permission has been added.

This gives account owners more control over which users can override stock restrictions when managing or selling limited stock products.

New User Roles Added

Multiple new user roles have been added to the system.

These roles provide greater flexibility when managing access, permissions and responsibilities across different teams.

Not Yet Valid Voucher Status Fix

We have updated the voucher status wording for vouchers that are not yet valid.

Previously, these vouchers could show as Invalid. They will now correctly show as Not yet valid, giving users and customers a clearer understanding of the voucher status.

PDFs in emails

PDF versions of vouchers can now be attached directly to outgoing emails. This makes it easier for customers to download, save, or print their vouchers without needing to revisit the storefront. 

This new feature can be found under fulfilment, and its the top Email PDF vouchers, this will attach a PDF to emails which get sent out, we would recommend changing your voucher email wording to accomodate this. 

Important note: When you enable fulfilment, two new fields appear as options on every product page: PDF description and PDF terms and conditions. These fields are added directly to the generated PDF, so each product will need to have both fields updated to ensure the correct information is displayed, this does not happen automatically you will have to manually do this, or PDFs will leave the fields blank.

Increased email description

You can now add longer descriptions to your emails. This gives you more space to outline details and provide extra clarity. Linebreak formatting has been improved to keep messages tidy and readable.

Category Tiles on Storefront 

We have added an option for category tiles to show in storefronts, this can be enabled in store settings. 

If this option is chosen, the categories will show as standard on store home: 

Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok integration

Another highly requested feature, your storefronts can now connect to Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok. This allows you to track visits, conversions, and customer behaviour across your voucher pages. Setup is simple and gives you deeper insight into performance. We have preset set ups and you can create fully customisable set ups for more complicated set ups. You can find this is store settings under Third-Party Tracking. 

GDPR and PII improvements

Due to 3rd party tracking, additional privacy and data handling improvements have been made behind the scenes. These updates strengthen compliance with GDPR requirements and better protect customer information. Including a stronger cookie policy for all accounts, which can be found in the 3rd party tracking section. 

Cost centres

You can now assign cost centres to staff discounts when using the sales terminal. This makes internal reporting easier, especially for finance teams who need clearer allocation of revenue and usage.

You can create cost centres in the account settings. 

These can then be assigned to users and be placed against internal voucher creation in the terminal and will appear in reporting. 

Complementary voucher prefixes

You can now set custom prefixes for complimentary vouchers. This makes them easy to spot in reports and helps keep your internal naming structure consistent. The prefix is added to the front of each voucher code. For example, using C- would produce a code like C-PDX3F-34 when generated through the terminal. This feature can be found in the account settings. 

New role: Sell and redeem with discounts

To compliment these two new features a new user role is available that allows team members to sell and redeem vouchers while applying approved discounts.

Note: This means sell and redeem users cannot now create discounts in terminal

This provides more flexibility for sales staff and on site teams. Admins can now also restrict certain cost centres to certain users to ensure employees cannot use cost centres outside of their department. 

Single monetary prices on storefronts

Monetary vouchers can now appear as single prices on your storefronts. This keeps the design cleaner and makes purchasing simpler for customers. This means if you create a monetary voucher with only a single fixed value it will show as a simple purchasable product. 

Super Admin users can redeem

Super Admin level users now have the ability to redeem vouchers. This helps central teams support on site operations and handle exceptions more easily.

Store grouping for invoices

Invoices are now be itemised by store. This gives you cleaner monthly statements and makes reconciliation quicker for finance teams.

Partner Level Invoice now shows account

Partner Level Invoices are now itemised by account. This gives partners cleaner monthly statements and makes reconciliation quicker for finance teams.

PDF “from” translations fixed

Foreign language translations for the “from” field on PDFs have been corrected. This ensures all voucher PDFs display accurate and polished translations.

Currency Analytics Fix

A correction has been applied to the way top selling currencies display in analytics. These values now show store currency accurately. 

Two new Currencies added to the system 

Polish Złoty and Czech Koruna have been added to the system. 

Cancelled Vouchers will not allow actions in Orders

We've made a change based on feedback, that cancelled vouchers should stop any further action being taken on the voucher. When a voucher is now cancelled, all actions will be removed from the orders section. 

PDF Translation Bug Fix 

The valid from text was not translating properly on non English language PDFs, this is now fixed and is now properly translated into the selected store language. 

Balance Checker Bug Fix

Balance checker was not properly showing top-ups in item history, this is now fixed. 

Terminal Bug Fix

Fixed a bug where adding an discount over the amount of the order would cause the terminal to error. 

Non Postal Voucher PDF Downloads

Email vouchers can now be downloaded in the orders tab. They contain less information then postal or collection vouchers, as email vouchers will not have PDF description, terms and conditions and how to redeem, but can be downloaded just in case they are needed. 

Hiding fulfilment when the account doesn't use fulfilment

Fulfilment will only show once enabled on the store, for email only accounts, the fulfilment section in the side bar will not show. 

Using an account set currency format when displaying prices in the dashboard

The system had a number of preset currency formats based on recommended formats, this was causing issues with some currencies as multiple formats can be used. For example the Euro can show as €3,00 or €3.00. This can now be set in account settings and will apply to all admin dashboard functions in the account, like the terminal so customers can select the format they like best. 

Delivery Information Page and Store Settings 

We have updated the store delivery page to provide end customers with further information on their delivery options. We have created 3 default wordings for each option and brand agnostic images.

These will only appear if the relevant delivery option is enabled on the account. The images and wording can be edited in the store page by the FAQ, T&Cs and other information pages.

Filters

Filters have now been added to each relevant section of the system, this will help customers to sort and better manage their catalogues.

Filters can be found in the top of each section.

They are currently present in the following sections:

When you press the filter button a side bar will appear with relevant sort fields for that specific section.

For example on the Products page, you can now sort by.

• and Redeem locations.
  

Tags added to redemption report.

We have added tags to appear on the redemption report, which will assist in future proofing our database for API connections.

Bug Fix

Fixed bug where templates were not able to be selected and enhancements and discounts were effected by adding a minimum amount or a numerical limit.

Changed Logo position within voucher order email.

Logo will now appear within the white box and not as a seperate box, this gives a better visual feel then previous email, especially if logo is not a PNG.

Re-added QR codes to emails.

Previous we removed QR codes from emails directly as some email clients like gmail block QR code images from appearing in emails, which was causing customer confusion. We have found a fix for this and now QR codes will display in all email clients.

New Order number and Voucher Number formatting

All order numbers and voucher numbers will now follow a 7 Digit set format.

Order numbers: 5 Digits

Voucher numbers: 2 Digits

This means a full voucher number will contain the order number and then 2 unique identifiers for that order. These can be made up of letters and numbers. i.e. 4FD2F-3D

This will mean that multiple vouchers purchased together, will now share the first 5 digits of the order number while the final 2 digits will be different.

This will help us identify and find multiple vouchers within the same order faster on reporting, orders list and fulfilment.

Terminal Fields in Sales Report

We have added fields relevant to terminal sales in the sales report. These include: Terminal Sale, User, and Staff discount.

Promocode Error

Attempting to add a code for an inactive promotion, would create a system error in the terminal checkout. This has now been fixed and an error will correctly slow.

Login Improvements.

Our login page was having issues with mobile login view and different screen breaks and logo sizes. This has now been fixed across all devices and the login page visuals have been updated. 

Stripe Order Transaction Changes

We have added the enjovia order code to the stripe transactions to make searching for enjovia transactions within stripe easier to locate.

Minimum Order Total Bug

Fixed a bug where if a promotion was set for minimum order total and it was not hit, the checkout would go into error.

Tags in Transaction Report

Tags set on various parts of the system, store, products, promotions, redeem location etc, now show in their own individual columns in transaction reports. This will facilitate API conenctions where third parties can pick up on relevant tag columns.

Stripe accounts can be added to other Enjovia accounts from the admin dashboard

Stripe accounts can now be added to other enjovia accounts from the dashboard. This partner request was made so that the same stripe account can be added to multiple enjovia stores / accounts without triggering stripes internal seperating ID.

Monetary value fields should not be prefilled on browser back navigation

Fixed a bug where monetary fields were saving with prefilled data when browser back navigation was used during checkout. This field is now blank.

Explain the first product image is used in terminal sales

Added a description to product image uploader, stating that the first image will act as the default image and will be the image used on terminal sales.

Remove link to view privacy policy

Removed a link to view privacy policy from the settings page on enjovia, this can still be edited from store page. Settings version went to broken link and has been removed.

Show Euro sign at start of price

Fixed issue where Euro sign was showing behind the price of monetary and experience products on terminal, this now accurately reflects European norms.

Sales Terminal Released.

The sales terminal allows enjovia users to create vouchers within the admin dashboard. This feature is designed to faciliate face to face and over the phone voucher sales and facilitate the creation of complimentary (free) vouchers.

This will permit the sale of internal products (products only visible to internal users)

This will also allow staff discounting of vouchers, on top of normal promocode usage, this will allow fully discounted vouchers to be created on the system, these vouchers are also known as complimentary vouchers.

This terminal will also permit the creation of test products in stores with test environments enabled, this will permit users to create test vouchers and explore the system in greater depth before going live.

Filter Sales Terminal sales channel to live sales when creating live orders, but all sales channels while making test orders

A live store can process test and real orders, whereas a store which isn't in live mode, can only process test orders. No products will appear to sell on the normal terminal sell a product section unless a store is set to live. We needed to seperate out these two product types via filters.

Fix Invoices Overflow Menu Wrapping

Occasionally the invoice overflow menu had wrapping issues, which were causing information to bleed over the table. This has now been fixed.

Internal invoicing

We have enabled internal invoicing, which can be turned on in the super admin dashboard for an account. What this means is that no invoice is sent or visible to the end customer. The invoice will still generate but will only be visible on the admin dashboard. The use case for this is for partners which have bundled services and already send their own internal invoices and do not wish for seperate invoices to be sent to the customer.

Reconciling invoices

Enjovia use Xero internally for accounting, we have built an API connection which will generate a xero invoice to match an internal enjovia invoicing, this will make reconciliation of future invoices much easier. This will work for partners, but unfortunately due to xero's internal policies is only available in certain regions.

An email domain can be deleted.

Setting up an email domain on Enjovia to send emails from, previously could not be deleted, which meant for test stores made or errors, it would have caused issues. These can now be deleted and the deletion is reflected in the backend of the database too, faciliating the same email domain usage on future stores.

Increase logo size on dashboard login page.

A request from a partner, who felt the logo on the admin dashboard login page was too small, this has now been increased and is more visible.

Fix inconsistent font sizes between total label and total value in the checkout

Some of the font sizes betwene total label and total value were not consistent, we have changed these so that now they are the same size.

Monetary product custom input field should validate in real time

When a customer inputs a value that is below or exceeds the minimum and maximum value allowed in the monetary gift voucher fields, instead of waiting to validate when they try to purchase, an error message will show as they type the mistake. This stops a mistake being made in real time.

Monetary redemption values should validate in real time.

This is the same feature as above, but in use during the redemption process within the terminal. If a user tries to redeem a value greater then the value of the voucher this will validate as the mistake is being written out and stop any redemption, before the redeem button is pressed.

Update partner transactions export

Request from a partner, they required Duplicate account, payment gateway, order, and store columns across rows within exportable reports, so that the data could be better interrogated.

Some content overflows on certain screen sizes.

A small visual error, some content was overflowing on certain smaller screen sizes, this is now fixed.
