Bulk vouchers
You can now create vouchers in bulk, up to 1000 at once! Making it much faster to generate larger quantities in one go. This is useful for internal campaigns, corporate gifting, promotional activity, or any situation where multiple vouchers need to be issued at once via email.
This update reduces manual admin time and helps teams manage larger voucher requirements more efficiently.
SImply upload a CSV with emails and names, select your product and the system will mail out the vouchers individually.

Per product promotions
Promotions can now be applied at product level. This means offers can be targeted to individual products rather than needing to apply more broadly across a store. You can also use this to group multiple discounts under a single promotion, using group functionality, so you can have 4 products with a 20% discount and another 3 with a $5 off discount under the same promotion code.
This gives businesses more flexibility when running campaigns and makes it easier to highlight specific experiences, vouchers, or seasonal offers.

Delete accounts via Super admin
Super Admin users now have the ability to delete accounts directly from the admin area. This gives central teams more control when managing inactive, duplicate, or closed accounts.
This helps keep account management cleaner and makes it easier to handle account lifecycle tasks without additional support processes.

Owner delete account via dashboard
Account owners can now delete their own account directly from the dashboard. This gives businesses more control over their account management and allows them to close accounts without needing to contact support.
This update creates a more streamlined experience while keeping account ownership actions within the correct permission level.
Account warning, restrictions and suspension system
A new account status system is now available, allowing accounts to be placed under warning, restriction, or suspension where needed. This gives greater control over account management and provides a clearer process for handling compliance, billing, or misuse issues.
Each status can be used to limit account access appropriately while keeping visibility for internal teams. There are 3 new statuses.
Warning : full access to the system but a warning banner is shown after they login.
Restricted : No changes can be made on the backend of the system, vouchers cannot be redeemed but the store remains fully functional.
Suspended : The store and account are blocked entirely.

Offline transaction fees
Offline transaction fees can now be configured within the platform. This allows businesses to more accurately account and charge for transactions created outside the standard online purchase flow.
You can also choose to charge for voucher uploads and bulk vouchers.
This update supports clearer reporting and helps ensure additional processing costs are captured where relevant.

Platform supplied fulfilment fees
Platform supplied fulfilment fees are now supported. This allows fulfilment charges provided by the platform to be applied and tracked more clearly within orders and reporting.
This improves visibility around fulfilment costs and creates a more consistent approach when platform-managed fulfilment services are being used.
Custom voucher references
You can now use custom voucher references, giving businesses more control over how vouchers are identified within the system. This is useful for internal tracking, external system matching, or aligning voucher references with existing business processes.
This feature was primiarly designed for booking systems which allow discount codes to be issued out for their POS or booking system, we can upload these codes in bulk and the system will generate a voucher code which matches the appropriate amount from the booking system.
For example, if a booking system issues a $50 gift card with the code 12345, that code can be uploaded into Enjovia. The next time a customer purchases a $50 voucher, Enjovia will assign one of the uploaded codes to that voucher. For security, codes are uploaded in bulk and allocated at random.
This makes voucher management more flexible and allows us to integrate with many POS and booking systems without integration.
